We collect information you provide directly to us, including when you create an account, subscribe to a plan, use our communication services, or contact us for support. This includes: name, email address, phone numbers, billing information, call logs, messages, voicemails, and fax records associated with your account.
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions; send transactional and promotional communications; monitor and analyze usage patterns; detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity; comply with legal obligations; and respond to comments and questions.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties except as described in this policy. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., Twilio for telephony services, Stripe for payment processing) under strict confidentiality agreements.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Call recordings and voicemails are retained for 90 days by default unless you configure longer retention. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, multi-factor authentication, and regular security audits to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Our platform is designed to help you comply with telecommunications regulations including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and A2P (Application-to-Person) 10DLC campaign requirements. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with all applicable laws regarding consent, opt-out management, and calling hours. We maintain records of consent actions—including the method of collection (verbal, web form, paper form, QR code, text keyword, or other), timestamp, and associated contact—to support your compliance obligations.
When you provide your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from us via our A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging campaigns and other channels. Consent may be collected through verbal agreement, web-based opt-in forms, paper forms, mobile QR code scans, text-message keyword opt-ins, or any other method we disclose at the point of collection. This consent applies to communications delivered through any of our tools and devices, including but not limited to the AWC Interlink platform, AWC SoftConnect, softphone applications, SIP-enabled phones and devices, and any future communication tools we offer. We process and store consent records to ensure transparency and compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message, following the provided opt-out instructions, or contacting us at privacy@awcg.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by placing a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
